We regret that we cannot ship our certified organic Hops Rhizomes outside of Canada. Certified organic Hops Rhizomes ship in spring, as early as they can be harvested. Hops form very tall vines (called "bines") that grow up and around any nearby vertical structure. In late summer, the plants bloom and become heavy with cone-shaped flowers that are high in resin and range in flavours from bitter to sweet. The hops flowers can be picked at the peak of their fragrance and dried to use as flavouring agents in beer. Hops plants have been grown for this purpose for millennia.
