Borage seeds, planted in the kichen garden will reward you with a multitude of unique, blue, starry flowers. These edible flowers can be used to add a gourmet flourish to a salad or try freezing some in ice cubes to make your summer drinks sparkle.  The leaves are also edible. The plants will be buzzing with bees all summer as the flowers are also attractive to pollinators. Borage is an annual that will self seed generously.
